With over 40 years of experience, Kenny has spearheaded the development of more than 20 successful projects across New Mexico and Colorado, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments such as the renowned Carlisle in Albuquerque. His deep understanding of the industry, combined with a keen eye for market trends and strategic planning, has made him a respected leader in real estate development throughout the Southwest. In addition to his business accomplishments, Kenny is also a passionate aviator. As a commercial pilot and instructor, he has logged countless flight hours and owned several aircraft, including a distinctive red Cessna 172 that he co-owns with his son, Jack, and is the inspiration for our mascot and logo. His love for aviation not only fuels his personal interests but also influences his professional endeavors, inspiring projects that blend functionality with a passion for the skies.

After successfully growing these businesses, he sold them to a private equity firm in 2012. During the transition period, he founded Flawless Med Spas and currently serves as a managing partner and co-owner of Sandia Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art 4-OR ambulatory surgery center. With a proven track record of building and operating successful ventures for over 40 years, John’s expertise and leadership have been pivotal in driving business growth and innovation.

Lisa has extensive experience in partnering with a wide range of general and business aviation companies from all corners of the industry on their go-to-market strategy, supporting the creative and successful launch of new products. Her deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategy, combined with her broad network of industry partners makes her uniquely qualified to lead the sales and marketing teams of HFH, while her expertise and passion for aviation drive her commitment to our mission of empowering aircraft ownership.
