High Flying Hangars Honored with Membership in Prestigious International Aircraft Dealers Association

The association announced today its latest membership selections after a due diligence process completed in June 2025.

Albuquerque, N.M. — August 25, 2025 High Flying Hangars is proud to join the International Aircraft Dealers Association, a professional aviation trade organization focused on serving the aircraft resale industry.

High Flying Hangars is the first commercial aviation real estate company granted membership in the association, which consists of an elite cadre of aircraft dealers and brokers, and the products and services that support an aircraft transaction, whether that expertise is in the area of finance, legal, tax, escrow, or maintenance.

The IADA attracted the High Flying Hangars executive team with its strength of purpose, as set forth in its mission statement: “IADA is dedicated to being the acknowledged leader in developing standards for efficient, effective and ethical business aircraft transactions, valued by highly skilled aircraft transaction professionals and viewed by them as crucial to their success.”

Lou Seno, executive director at IADA, identified clearly the value that High Flying Hangars would bring to the association. “Having a hangar is just as important as securing your financing, insurance, and maintenance program in an aircraft transaction,” said Seno. “If you look at a broad range of aircraft manufacturers right now, they all have strong backlogs—from Embraer to Cirrus, and Pilatus to Bombardier. In surveying the airport real estate market, there don’t appear to be enough hangars available to house all of the aircraft on the books. High Flying Hangars is poised to solve that problem.”

“We’re honored to join the ranks of aviation professionals and leading companies within IADA,” said Kenny Hinkes, CEO of High Flying Hangars. “For years, the association has set the standard for integrity, transparency, and expertise in the aviation industry—values that align closely with our own. As we continue expanding airport development projects across the U.S., we look forward to collaborating with our fellow IADA members and contributing to the future of aviation together.”
