Proposed project would bring premium aircraft hangars to meet growing demand in one of the Midwest’s expanding aviation markets.
High Flying Hangars (HFH) has been selected by the Lincoln Airport Authority (LNK) following a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process to enter into lease negotiations for a proposed 30-acre hangar development at Lincoln Airport in Lincoln, Nebraska.
The proposed development would include up to 68 total premium aircraft hangars ranging in size from 50 feet wide by 40 feet deep to 70 feet wide by 60 feet deep. The project is designed to help address the growing demand for aircraft hangar space throughout Lincoln and eastern Nebraska while supporting continued growth in business and general aviation. High Flying Hangars looks forward to meeting this demand with its proposed site and plans.
The Lincoln Airport Authority selected High Flying Hangars based on the company’s successful experience delivering similar airport developments across the country, its understanding of aviation infrastructure, and its ability to execute large-scale aviation projects from planning through construction.

The proposed project supports the Airport Authority’s long-term vision of expanding aviation-related development, maximizing the value of airport property, and creating additional opportunities for business investment and based aircraft at Lincoln Airport.
